Regarding security, I had also been thinking of this... But, rather than putting in place a more complex security model (which will take a while to implement), I think we should add two parameters onto a search... Who created it (username) and whether it is “private” or “public”. That way, if a director or somebody creates a search they want to keep for themselves, they mark it “private”, and it only appears in their searches... If it is public it appears in everybody’s. I think that should be sufficient at present, ESPECIALLY since there is data-level security, so if somebody tries to open a search and it contains data from a cube they don’t have access to, they will get empty values...
